KK&O were engaged to produce a creatively-led idea that would provide Matt Gates with a sales asset that was more lifestyle driven than sales focussed. Working collaboratively with the client, KK&O produced a high-end, limited edition coffee table book that displayed the pure dominance Matt Gates has in the luxury real estate market, and in particular, Sanctuary Cove. The aim of 'The Book' was to solidify Matt Gates as the leader in luxury property sales, and also to showcase his personal attributes, sales process, and a number of the most breathtaking properties from the most coveted corner of the Gold Coast. A truly spectacular end result, with 'The Book' now serving as a collector's item.
