Our team of brand specialists - and unofficial beverage specialists - were engaged by esteemed publicans Fitzgibbons Hotel & Leisure Group to develop Fitzy's Brewery as a brand that pays homage to the great Mr. Fitz Snr. The Fitzgibbons have been generational publicans since 1940, and after decades of pouring beers have made the hop into the artisan brewery space.

The end result sees Fitzy's Brewery positioned as a cheeky and new-aged brand, whilst preserving a subtle tribute to it's heritage background.
